  • Coverage for Moissanite Jewelry

    • Manufacturing Defects: Our Lifetime Warranty covers any manufacturing defects in the setting, stones, or overall craftsmanship. If you find a defect at any point during ownership, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
    • Servicing & Repairs: Even the best jewelry can show signs of wear over time. For a small service fee, we provide resizing, repairs, and general servicing for your jewelry that falls outside the scope of manufacturing defects.
    • Stone Integrity: We guarantee the integrity of our moissanite stones, ensuring they remain securely set and maintain their brilliance over time.

  • 12-Month International Warranty for Watches

    • Coverage: This warranty applies only to the movement and dial of the watch. If a defect arises during normal use within 12 months from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the watch free of charge.
    • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. It also excludes issues related to the strap, case, or battery.
    • Claim Process: For warranty claims, please contact us at support@diamonddreams.co with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We will assess the claim and provide instructions for returning the watch if needed.

    • Contact Us: Reach out to us at support@diamonddreams.co with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and a brief description.
    • Assessment and Resolution: Once received, our team will assess the issue. If the defect falls under warranty, we will repair or replace your item and ship it back to you free of charge.
    • Return the Item: If necessary, we will instruct you on how to return the item. Ensure it is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

  • Exclusions

    • Damage from Misuse or Accidents: Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or alterations by anyone other than our authorized technicians is not covered under this warranty.
    • Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration from exposure to chemicals or pools, or tarnishing, is excluded from the warranty.
    • Loss or Theft: We do not cover lost or stolen items.

    • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
    • Service Costs: If the issue is not covered by the warranty, we will provide a quote for the service or repair before proceeding.
    • Unauthorized Alterations: Please note that any repairs, resizing, or alterations performed by anyone other than Diamond Dreams will void the warranty.
